@parsibagan. Everything is fine at my end. I am having only one problem of getting trial expiry notification. Rest is just fine. might be issue with your operating system or scribe installation

I'm not getting any trial expiry notification, but the entire online library does not load... no problems with o/s or scribe installation since I am using three different versions (two on VB). Two older versions are working fine... latest one is working fine too, but full online library not loading. Not sure what Jubran (post #41) means. :-/

@parsiban. I think you need to create fresh email account and subscribe with videoscribe and test it. I hope it would go okay. Let me know what happens.

Thanks and I cannot get to the image folder either!

It also freezes when I click on music and have to crash it to get rid of it.

I see that v2.1.1. is out so hopefully it will fix all these problems.
