Sincerly the theme comes without the child theme but if anyone need it, just can do a search on the web how to create it.

Can someone instruct me how to get the theme changed just like the demo one called Enfold Photograph Portfolio after we installed the Enfold theme for the first time? Or do I have to make it all right from the scratch?

No, go to enfold pannel in wordpress and you have the option to import their demo sites.
Once imported go to the page and edit pieces one by one replacing their content with yours.
