Amazon doesn't like links in ebooks (or emails or PPC or ...).
As long as the ebook is hosted on Slideshare it should be okay, but if it's being downloaded or if Amazon thinks that you intend it to be downloaded... Could be more trouble than it's worth, maybe better try another network or use a landingpage inbetween.
