little explanation WAMP vs XAMPP

Magic Button :

XAMPP is more powerful and resource taking than WAMP.
WAMP provides support for MySQL and PHP
XAMPP provides support for MYSQL, PHP and PERL

XAMPP also has SSL feature while WAMP doesnt. If your applications need to deal with native web apps only, Go for WAMP.
If you need advanced features as stated above, go for XAMPP.

As of priority, you cant run both together with default installation as XAMPP gets a higher priority and it takes up ports. So WAMP cant be run in parallel with XAMPP.

I may be experiencing an IIS conflict. I can get Wamp to start all services after switching ports, but I think the localhost is still being managed by IIS. I intend to test on a different machine, but I need to clear up where to add the php file. Does it go to the Apache folder or somewhere else? Can someone give me the root path they used just for clarity? Thanks in advance?

I used XAMPP and I created the software-license-check.php with notepad and saved it to my desktop
and then added it to my XAMPP / HTDOCS folder
I Then started XAMPP on via APACHE ( will see port 80 and 443 ) which its blocking
and then I start up Tube Tycoon ( After editing my hosts file as described earlier)
When Tube Tycoon Opens up, I can enter any email address and presto its live - Thanks Guys!!

Thanks. Your input was really helpful. Rep added. I switched to Xampp and managed to resolve my conflict problem. It seemed to really matter that I connected using Port 80. After that happened, the program activated perfectly. I appreciate the help!

Most of the time PORT 80 has been using by the SKYPE. So close your skype and than use the wamp or xampp.
