Sometime it might be your cache problem, and this happened to me also, I thought my site was down and contacted the hosting company but then it is actually live.

So OP should check below to confirm whether the site is down or not (at least got some idea)

I appreciate your help but i wish to warn you about this :
1)Those guys are responded one entire month that the site was up not just today
2)I sent them 20 tickets that i can show with always the same answer today we will fix it and never
3)Try to ask to those guys why they said they are changing domain and why their sites are not up on my end since days not just nuovowebmarketing.com who they said they registered today (i bought it one month ago).
Now if the sites are up and running it can happen that my cache is not working well but is first time in my life that i clean it and 3 sites are not appearing.
4)I am not the only one complaining and those guys have said to me 4 times they will issue a refund but never did it i can produce the tickets i sent them.
So the problem here is another one.i want the service i paid for and not words or fake screenshots.i cleaned my cache but still sites are not visible and i tried with 3 different browsers.Now if they are visible ONLY in one part of the world it is not my fault i cant still use it.
One serious company when somebody asks for a refund will issue it immediately my domain is not working since 20 days not today

your website registered today and working very well

- your website is working wit no problems
- your whm is working with no problems
- there's no problem with you

you want only leave bad reviews ( that's your business ) and this thing can't effect on our work

Frankly, I only able to find one hosting company that really provide the best support (after buying many server plan from various companies), and yes, support is very important, especially in house support.

I'm not sure what is happening to the server / company, so I guess after I point out that, I'm out of discussion.

P.S. Sometimes I faced the same problem, which is cant login from one country, but after test with http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and with other IP addresses (using VPN/proxy) I'm able to visit the site, it turned out that there were some setting on the server side.

SO, basically communication play vital role here.

I have not the habit to call scammer somebody who is not.But you register the domain today instead of one moth ago this is a fact and on my end after i cleaned the cache 3 times and with proxy (Hide.me) i cant see the sites not mine not the main one.Now i dont know what happen to your servers but you are not giving me the service i paid for.If you want me to apologize you have to fix the problem.i connect with all the sites in every part of the world so i dont have connections problems your webiste is not blacklisted on my end i saw it for the first 2 weeks than it disappeared.
I will stop and apologize if you refund me the price of the domain that you registered today i have the whois screenshot instead of 20 days ago whe i paid for it and fix or refund the hosting problems.If i can not use your service YOU KEEP BEING A SCAMMER or a thecnical useless company.
Said that i go to sleep tomorrow when i wake up i am sure my site will still not working.P.s the other hosting i use is american and works perfectly is your side who is not working my friend or maybe my PC has Ebola since today!

Everything is back as normal they change name from youmhost.com to combozo.com
