I bought this software and also had issues uploading graphics packs. Only way to do it was going to the subfolder of Explandio (called "Resources") in my file browser, and drag and drop the new graphics folders there. Works like a charm if you make sure you're copying folders that contain the same file type as the others in that folder. You'll see a few subsfolders in Resources, for slides, and SVG files. Just make sure you copy to correct subfolder.

If you need more graphics packs, look in this thread for the Megabundle, and also look at my post above yours !!

unzip it then copy/paste in folder

you mean to create a sub-folder named 'resources'? as I dont see any sub-folder there which was created during installation

Import Image Pack to your library =SVGS
Import Image Pack to your library =VFS

You can only put these files in the library’s manually it will not install them in zip format
Just copy and paste directors to the VFS slides folder and SVGS folder
