This script works just fine and is very simple to install
Before uploading files to your hosting edit these 2 bits:

You have to change in file .htaccess

From:
#SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV development

To:
#SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV development
RewriteBase /

cache/ must be writable!
application/config/ must be writable!
log/ must be writable!
uploads/ must be writable!

yourwebsite.com/?module=install

I follow this step and I've [500 internal server error] :o ?

1-script is clean
2-works fabulously
3-I have not found CALLBACKS "empty"
4- installation is very simple.
5- Nyman shared a good script. that works perfectly.
