I have tested the db you sent, unfortunately its not working.

too bad.
but if it has been tested already, it's no need for me to do the same, especially as i don't have right environment for that right now.

Guys please try this; it's working fine for me.
I had to manually create the missing tables looking at the code/debugging; a couple of tables may be wrong but no errors yet!!!
Keep in mind that you need to create 2 DB's; then edit the Doman table in the main DB and add that DB's name, user, PW etc.
Just use the supplied DB's from the 1st post then import this DB to your domains DB and not the main DB.

Don't bother using this shared version. The files are a mix between version 8 and 9 which will give you a lot of php errors when trying to create a new domain.
Let's hope version 10 is out soon or v9.9.10 with the proper files.
