There are a few niche where you can get clicks for less than a cent.
Funny Images is one of them however, if you focus on more competitive niche which have a better rate of conversions, you will have to spend much more than a few cents.

Normally i would say you are right but i am testing right now with the method i use on the weight loss and Living green niche i can get it to 0.2 per action...

5c/click is awesome if those are not likes, but direct clicks or post cliks! :)
