This is like his previous product "Article rewriter" but an updated version where it provide the youtube text capture and some other features like spintax.
It's a bit scary how this WSO works because instead of providing free update, he went and rebrand his product to sell again.
Also, please use it with caution, preferably on your non-important sites.
Google may have a way to track and penalize you.

That is my feeling from when I first came across the technique. IMHO if G hasnt yet penalized for the silliness, then it is waiting to give a 'New Years Bird' to websites that use it above a threshold .... just sayin
