I think that the software is located in the members area and at this time there is no access to it. It appears to be a WP plugin that allows the reviewer to leave a Positive or Negative review for the business. The trick here is that they never publish any of the negative reviews. Just gotta love honesty on the net!

Anyone have access to the plugin?

That's typical though, you can do that without plugin/app - however - it would prove a useful opportunity to "upsell" webdesign and hosting. =)
