Same Issue.
I just activated it successfully and worked fine. Once I closed and reopened, it's asking again for activation.
What should to do to cope such problem???

Run it in a virtual machine.Make clones until you have it set just the way you want it. Just open a new clone when an issue occures. You can edit paused clone disks with winimage. add or change proxys.
