@jackdawson, quoting my friend here: "I already purchased it, and to be honest I would not recommend this theme as it requires a lot of resources, I had to switch out of shared hosting and go to VPS with Nginx to make it work, in addition I bought a CDN to support it. On the comments someone asks the creator why it takes 10secs for it to load, for my shared hosting it took 40 seconds! "I can assure you that you can't create a good user experience using this theme on a shared hosting plan, to make it usable you would need caching, CDN, Nginx, and VPS to make it user friendly."

Please, those of you who purchased it can you share it with us? I'd appreciate it.

Also requesting for latest version of this theme if anyone has it.

I don't have this theme, but some people have been talking about the drawbacks of Steam - this theme is pretty similar to it and may be easier on shared hosts:
