They are for building back-links to your site/s. You can use them in Licorne AIO, SE Nuke, Pligg submitter or them Post manually. For a better understanding on building back links and tools used to do it, search on Google.

you should have segregated the links with the categories, I am sure you have them categorized for yourself, or else how do you search them usually for your backlinking? Moreover, how to make sure that they don't have any bad reputation?
