It's pretty simple. Modify the application/config/config.php and application/admin/config/config.php files with your database connection settings.
And don't forget to execute the sql file located in database folder.

And that's all, It should work ...

Thank you for the reply. Yeah I thought that but opened both files in notepad++ and no section to enter database info. So no I not sure where to go.

All I've seen in the scripts section here are Codecanyon scripts, non-working scripts and people selling scripts..

@toenailfunk : Sorry man, you should modify the database.php file which is located in the same location with the config.php file.
