Did you use a credit card or PayPal? If you did, try a dispute detailing what is going on and how it is performing in relation to the author/seller claims.

It is easier than you think regarding "internet" software purchases.

Not guaranteed, but its worth a shot if they can get you a refund.

u must read real reviews from any salespage,i mean REAL . he must have some thread on any forum and see testimonial from members there
