Here's a suggestion:

When you have more than 1 file to upload, please DON'T use [Reported by Members as premium hosting that SUCK! Use MEDIAFIRE or MEGA.NZ :) !!!]. 2 hours in between downloads is pretty effin stoopid. And I've been trying proxy after proxy that won't load thru..... soon as I can get the themes file, I'll post an AIO mirror somewhere more download friendly.....

I'm also assuming the themepak gives you more themes for the popup plugin.....

Another work around is use different browsers and will save you waiting for another 2 hours. I have tried it - Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and it works and there is no need to stupidily wait for 2 hours.
