Disregard below. No pages were automatically created as drafts like the instructions said above, but I do see the plugin option on an Add New page.
Can anyone share the Wp-Espack-Release? I can do an AIO mirror afterwards.

I'm not sure this is working for me. I downloaded Epic Squeeze Pro, uploaded and activated. No pages were created. Went to the settings page and saved settings. Still nothing.
Does this require the Wp-Espack-Release to even work at all? Links are no longer working for that.
Or did I not install correctly?

Unfortunately it's not working with the free WP autoresponder wysija plugin now know as mailpoet.com
Would any of you master coders be willing to take a look at that and get the two to talk to each other?
