I can attest that 10-20 min daily workouts are easier to maintain than consistently doing 60-90 min workouts. I've been experimenting with my own exercise routines and came to that conclusion a few months ago. Once you have about 5-6 days in a row, it becomes harder to break the chain, and it becomes a habit. Once it's a habit, you won't feel right if you skip it, or have too many days off.

I wake up, meditate for 15-30 mins. (also made a habit), brush my teeth and then hit my workout for 10-20 mins, yoga stretch and meditate usually for another 15 mins. Starting my day like this energizes me and gives me focus for the day.

So I for one will be reading through this course just to add some more variation to my workouts. I encourage everyone to introduce exercise as a habit into your daily routine. It's easier than you might think. Nothing fancy or extreme to start. Just doing something active daily like walking, works wonders and is easy to maintain when you focus on 10-20 min workout sessions.

Thanks for the reup Bigdaddy. Repped!
I completely agree with your comments, optimumgreen!
I think that we all need to incorporate exercise into our daily routine, and it's best if it's done in the morning, because that helps us to energize our bodies and engage our minds.

One trick that's worked for me is to just tell myself that I'll just do something for 5 minutes.
Once I get started, it feel so good that I just keep going for about 30 minutes most of the time.
Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Yeah, meditation and yoga are freakin' fantastic. Life changing activites, no doubt!

What you'll see in this program is the benefit of HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training.
It's extremely efficient - you get more results in less time. And who doesn't like that?

I have more to say, but it's time for bed for me.
Hope you and others benefit from this.

Later,
BD
