is there a report/blog/infographic that shows the RELATIVE IMPORTANCE of these 200 google ranking factors?
BTW, one of these factors is "DMCA notices" - what's stopping my competitors from lodging a false DMCA notice against my site? And, over the months that it takes to fight off the false claim, the DMCA notice will remain against my site and damaging my ranking - does google give a d***? are only "confirmed" DMCA notices used to affect my site's ranking? Or does google only look for the "existence" of any such notice regardless of their legitimacy?
from that 200 ranking factors, I can see a TONNE of opportunities for Negative SEO - another example is the whois record - I can start a new site, do some easy things to force google to flag it as SPAM, then change the whois record of that site to my competitor's name - and bam! his site is now associated with a SPAM site, and his site's ranking is damaged! and he has no idea!
