I optimize the title, the description, the tags and then get some views from fiverr.
I also upload all my videos to my blogger blog, and then use SENuke on the blog...works like a charm, most of the time.

I would like to know if anyone can point me in the right direction of some training exactly as to how to do the backlinking to the video sources, bookmarking, etc. for both video/YouTube as well as sites all for local businesses. Any help and guidance is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
