I'm thinking to start a website with cracks and hacks for the most popular/recent games and software.
And I am searching for a good hosting provider, which allows such content to be hosted. An offshore one would be great.

I am still wondering should I start such project, because there is some DMCA risk involved?
Could you guys help me decide, by explaining how the things work.

I'd appreciate suggestions.

One you have a DMCA notice in the footer with the relevant contact information to remove content, then you should be fine with most hosting companies.

The issue is that most companies cant bother with the hassle so they just avoid these type of sites totally.
