Will come back with a review.

I have installed it, filled in the blanks (bar, Bill of Sale, 1 or 5 pages, doc or xls...) and when I hit "SEARCH" NOTHING happens at all.
Wondering if you have tried this software or just downloading it to add to an un-used collection. If you tried it, can you confirm that you got ANYTHING to happen, or similar to my results.
thanks in advance!

My review:
I really doubt anyone will be able to sell this for $1997. At least, I wouldn't be able to sell this as a first approach for a client.
It is a nice tool which allows you to make an advanced search for case studies/ads/banner ads/ business plans and so on. The list is pretty detailed. Once you select the niche and what you are looking for in that niche, you will be able to select the format of the documents you are looking for and add a "modifier" if you want to target local businesses.
How would I use it:
If you have already some offline clients, you can use this to find more information about the niche and improve your services. You can search for Case Studies which I think is really important for offliners.
The OTO contains a lot of material to try selling this to business owners, emails, direct mail, sales training etc. It's good material, well written, good copyrighting skills but again I think it's not possible to sell this as a service but as an improvement for other offline services.
How I used it:
I searched for case studies of restaurants in pdf format. I got 25 results in the first 5 pages but of those 25 only 6 were related to a restaurant. Not such good result but it's still a good start. Probably he will have to work a bit more on the software.
I also searched for menus but no matter what format, always got 0 results

I to had problems pulling stuff up.
I will have to read a little more about this. For instance:
i researched restaurants
denver
menu
.pdf
Should be a farily easy term and this is what it returned:
as you can see none of hese are restaurants
the software does have a registration button which you have to put an email into I wonder if it won't work till then?

I searched for:
Restaurant
Banner Advertisement
and it gave me these results:
IMO the dev has to update 'behind the scene logic' of this app.
