Much appreciated! I thought the email template sucked so I didn't add it. I think anyone can do better than the one that was listed in the course. I will go ahead anyway and paste what the template says below.

One of the templates have been posted on post #31.
I put as many as I thought were pertinent to the course in the pdf. A lot, I thought, was crap.
Just let me know which template is missing and I'll post it here. What page is it on?
