Pleas update new version 2.3

Hi any way to get latest update? v2.3 has a lot of updates. PLease update and share it/ and also a big hand shake from cracking and sharing.

Delete .htaccess file from all folders. thne its work.

I am trying to install the script but when i go to the /install folder i get a 403 forbidden message on the page. Checked permission via ftp and they seem ok and suggestions please?
