I have vps with 20 ip adresses when i send emails for the first time they go spam. Its normal the ip is cold need warm up. i have sent about 300 email/ IP every to isp but i notice that thoses ips still go spam and sometimes blocked by ISP so what is your plan that works for you, any help is appreciated Thanks.

try this plan (if you have IP rotation installed script just multiply numbers by 20):
1 Week (Aggressive Send of 100,000 emails)
Day 1: Send 5% = 5,000 emails
Day 2: Send 5% = 5,000 emails
Day 3: Send 10% = 10,000 emails
Day 4: Send 10% = 10,000 emails
Day 5: Send 20% = 20,000 emails
Day 6: Send 20% = 20,000 emails
Day 7: Send 30% = 30,000 emails
2 Weeks (Conservative Send of 100,000 emails)
Day 1: Send 1% = 1,000 emails (40 hourly)
Day 2: Send 2% = 2,000 emails
Day 3: Send 3% = 3,000 emails
Day 4: Send 4% = 4,000 emails
Day 5: Send 5% = 5,000 emails
Day 6: Send 6% = 6,000 emails
Day 7: Send 7% = 7,000 emails
Day 8: Send 8% = 8,000 emails
Day 9: Send 9% = 9,000 emails
Day 10: Send 9% = 9,000 emails
Day 11: Send 10% = 10,000 emails
Day 12: Send 11% = 11,000 emails
Day 13: Send 12% = 12.000 emails
Day 14: Send 13% = 13,000 emails
Day 15: Send 13% = 14,400 emails (600 daily)

@kuzmanin : You talk about 1ip i have 15 thats mean huge amount of emails Right? but i dont have all thoses emails, and in case i bought them the quality of thoses emails wont be as expected and the results wont be as positive as i want ..
@stimpack - hmm if you don't have health mailist it will be a problem.
15 IP addresses means 100K x 15 email monthly if you warm IP addresses for 100-200K emails per month.
