Thanks for posting the mirrors guys. Can't believe the original link died so quickly. I replaced the link in OP and the other mirrors I'm sure work as well.

Basically, the the BTF Fast Start Guide has been updated because the original had a lot of focus on the Google Keyword Tool which is now replaced by Keyword Planner so the Guide has been revised accordingly. Kelly also claims that he has included "new backlinking strategies", Wordpress page settings, recommended plugins, godaddy changes, etc.

Use [ code][ hide] content/link [ /hide][ /code] no spaces after "[" ofc.
