Playe with it a bit...
I made popup and tested it under etid > preview and it worked...
Downloaded wordpress version, installed plugin, activated and hm... no popups...
Any ideas what might be wrong?

According to the license in the folder in the original post this is the "basic" version and is not compatible with Wordpress....bummer....but thanks to the OP for sharing and others for mirroring...rep added to the OP....
