lol it's because that in the original guide he didn't remove the other countries

His guide is about how you can reduce your CPC in facebook ads. So adding those countries into your campaign is the key of this WSo if he had removed those countries in the guide that would have made cpc between $.54-$2.00 and he would have to remove his WSO from sale lol..
