still can't connect to facebook.

i don't know how you do it bro.. but do you have a shortcut placed on your desktop? if so, you can try these steps..

1. right click on the shortcut.
2. Click on properties.
3. select the compatibility menu
4. Under "Privilege level", tick the box that said Run this program as administrator.
5. Click Apply.
6. Try opening the program using the shortcut.

...so much chatter about updates, so, it seems that the OP needs to be updated, too.

I installed it as per the instructions above changers host file... also used 1.3 crack.... still looks like before and has the Google+ login at the top that i heard irt dont work and i dont use it anyway ... then i checked to see if it works with Facebook and..... YES it is Now Able To Extract Closed Groups ...So even if it looks like the old version it carried over the new update somehow ...:-)

Oh yea i forgot to mention i used RevoUninPro to uninstall the old version first then followed plunkett's instructions.
so i uninstalled first.... then changed Host file......then installed 1.6..... didn't let it run....
until i cracked it with 1.3 crack then from the same program folder right clicked on slf.exe
and choose send to desktop and use that icon to start program hats it..

erm I may be being particularly thick tonight but where is the crack?
The "crack info.txt" just has the host entries :-/

You guys saying use the 1.3 crack, where is that? I looked on the other thread but that is a 1.3 that needs a crack and a 1.2 crack!

Maybe I'm getting lazy in my old age but what happened to people just posting what is needed? ;-)
