First of all I would like to WARN you about using free downloaded th€m€for€$t.c(0)m WP themes (without the license), as those leave the normal WP footprint, making it very easy for developers to find out that you are using the, so called "nulled | free downloaded", unpaid version!
So BEWARE of that!

Because of the things mentioned above, I will provide you with the Html5 version (with PSD file uncluded) of the theme; which is much better as it will not leave the normal WP footprint (like the actual WP theme would). Also you can make loads of changes that loads superfast (compared to the actual WP version).


And if you are more into WordPress, I am quite sure you can find some great tutorials on the first page of G00gle, just by the search term: how to transform html site templates into the WordPress themes.
