Nice share OP. Rep added. I would like to add few more things. This search queries bring the link only if they are index in Google. Some Webmasters won't allow google bot to access some pages to prevent their products. For that

or enter site.com/robots.txt in the browser to find the hidden paths
If the site was created using Wordpress(you can find that by viewing the Source Code from right clicking in the site page), then try

You can also get the download the files, if the webmaster use Amazon s3 and Cloudfront.
Go to the sales page and right click any image. Copy image location and paste in clipboard. If the image link looks like

For Ex: https://s3.amazonaws.com/ckillerdl/CommissionKiller-Update.jpg
then "ckillerdl" is the bucket name. Search the products using the S3 Ripper Software with the bucket name(S3 Ripper was already share)
