Havilove made a good suggestion. I have used that site and recommend trying them if you haven't already. If you sign up for a free account there (All it requires is an email and password) they will give you several lists decently fast proxies to use. You can even choose which country/region you want them from. The only problem I have had with them is that some of the proxies were banned when I used them a couple months ago. If those won't work for you at all then I can try to help you out. I am about to scrape for some once I am done setting some things up. I try to check them against Google for ya, but I can't guarantee anything so don't become upset with me if they don't work for you either :(
Not to change the subject, but have you thought about signing up for a VPN? One of the best buys I have made in a while and I would highly recommend taking the $6 risk. Anyway, I will pm you soon with some proxies to try if I can.
