use firefox browser, install this plugin (download helper) and when you visit any page that contain video, right click on any part of the page you'll see download helper menu . chose: media >> download

You can even go to the Tools tab, highlight Page Info and Media, then the video and save it on Firefox. Please share this, I really like to try it. Was looking for Crush It On Craigslist but ran into this. Thanks!
