looking into it now. thanks to your hosting for finding another call back in functions php, its base64 encoded. i will test the fix and reupload a the fixed version.

Fixed functions.php decoded it so that shouldn't be a problem anymore, as for the footer.php i dont see anything malicious in there? maybe its false positive of their scanner?
