Download any of the wso here available, translate it to Russian and make PDF. Then hire a russioan SEO service (yes there are some and pretty good, as I heard) to make and rank your site. If you are so confident about the sale success of info product in Russia you will get 90% of your benefits and only 10% you give for seo service. Why I am saying this? Nobody will go with you to JV a project in your language when he does not dominate it and even cannot read because of the different letter system. If you want to do project in russian language, do it with russian seo who can understand and read what they are doing.
