Confused about the OTO though... can anyone point the way? Looked at Togar's link, is the OTO this Blaster guide?

The OTO is not the Blaster guide.
That was a project he setup with
Micheal or Mark(can't remember which) Helton's
"Voice Propector" software which is here on somewhere.
