You can download the plugin for free directly from the authors web site. The pro features are only unlocked if you purchase a license for it. There isn't a separate pro version to download.

It's an excellent plugin though. Even with the free version you can scrape almost anything via the new "XPathOnURL" function this plugin adds.

The pro version gets rid of the nag screen on startup and lets you pull in data from Google Analytics and AdWords and some other sources directly, but the free version is still very useful.
