Where did you get the copy you're having us download, anyway?

It looks the the content of your PDF was a sloppy copy and paste job from the "original" PDF that one of the members of this forum kindly created for all to share, here... it looks like all the quality and looks Gabor put into the eBook was removed (along with the formatting of the pdf) when it was copied...

Anyway, the file name is still the same, so you should have done a search here first and not shared a sloppy eBook like this.

If I were you I'd remove the link you're sharing here - before someone like "Thor" arrives...
