Yah, when I came across this, I was taken back by how nice they were... though, they may need a few tweeks here and there :)

And, they have a Photoshop graphics and an eBook Cover + Photoshop actionscript to create more e-covers... the guy thought of everything... he even used a good theme by StudioPress!

Those sites were state-of-the-art 2 years ago. Since then, I'd bet thousands of them were sold through auctions and PLR sites. I'm not saying they aren't nice, just that they aren't worth much. Even the WP theme has gone through several updates. Still, you could probably recycle some of the graphics and other content.
