This isnt nulled. It calls back to dev server, I have nulled it but it didnt work for me as removing ioncube it added some extra ' I think in the code somewhere I cant find it. If someone can null it would be great.

no virus scan cause its a .php file. Its clean removed callbacks and everything.
Here is nulled file replace it with your functions.php file, please say if it worked for you. It is deIonCubed and nulled by me.
