I Used Activation Code Provided in initial download link from thread user "sharp", and it did not worked for me.. You have to have Internet Explorer 9 or Higher, and Email with Approved AdWords.

you can not activate it now because the code is not working.....

I have IE10, but as I said, always after restarting MNF the following message appears, so I can't seen the full functionality of the software...
