It's actually 1.7 GB total and contains a 65-vid "Tube PLR Videos" YouTube marketing course (PLR) and WP-Social Press Video Marketing Theme.

I see. Does the YouTube marketing course have PLR rights as well? On the website it doesn't indicate PLR rights.

There is a complete sales website (.html files and images) included with the videos but I can't find an actual PLR license in the files. I don't think the reseller's website would be intentionally included if the product didn't include PLR rights, but make your own judgement call.
