You really don't need this. Google fonts are free and easy to use.
Just go to http://www.google.com/fonts and pick the one you want.
Hit the icon that says 'Quick Use' and choose any options.
It will give you a line of code to paste into the header. Most themes have a place to put this in.
Then you can just use the font in any html or css. Just switch the editor to text mode and replace the existing font.
