This is true, in about 10 years. I really hate it when "Gurus" tell people this. I remember when the first Penguin came out there were thousands of posts on Matt Cutts' blog saying "I did everything you told us to do, but my site was penalized". People who spent thousands of dollars on their sites in hopes of getting a good position in Google had to go out and get jobs because they were told that all of the hard work and money they invested in their "white hat" ways would pay off.
