I bought this a while back and I decided to share it here. I thought you guys might like it.
This theme requires activation. So, it needs to be nulled.

Instructions:
1. Extract both zip files from inside the "Niche website theme 2.zip" file.
2. Upload both zip files to your Wordpress themes.
3. Only Activate the Child Theme ("Niche Child Theme 1").
4. It will require activation, so it needs to be nulled to use!
