All files together are over 6GB. But You can decide of what to DL, his file structure is written down in OPs post and in the file I added, called site.txt

EDIT: Answering my own stupid question: Right beneath the editor field when creating a thread or replying with a post one can set the notifications on radio buttons. Under Thread subscription.
