i have test some coding and would give it away for free, you can bookmark sites to http://www.h00ligan.de/

1. register an account
2. use the login and password in the tool
3. load all needed files with infos (line per line)
4. click add and add all Informations to the Bookmarking Site
links will be bookmarked as do-follow.
