Despite these subtle but important differences, this book comes highly recommended for the men in my life. Two words that other PTs and some fitness and diet junkies may recognise - "Insulin Sensitivity". This book apparently lays it all out. Vital info if you suck at shedding fat and keeping it off. Interestingly, Arnold Schwarzenegger used these techniques to shed much of his 70 year old flab so he could realistically star in action movies again without his walker. He wrote the foreword to the book and seems to have a bit of a bromance going with the authors, which is kind of sweet.
