I spinned article resulted with 55% uniqueness .Then i check it with TBS check..show no duplicate where found..Now can i use that article for tier 1 link building ?

Hi,did you buy the TBS ?
I find some cracked TBS, but it seems do not work well

According to me 55% is low as far as current scenario of the Google Search Engine, Google become very strict now days, and also require Unique Content for getting good results. For me above 85% Uniqueness is beneficial for the results.
